Returns (Store Credit Only)

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn/unused item(s) for store credit in the form of a Black Girls Read Too HTX gift card.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us First: Email us at blackgirlsreadtoohx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack Securely: Include the unworn item(s) in the original packaging along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Ship To:

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking from USPS/UPS shows Delivered but you didn’t receive the package:

​

• Please file a claim with USPS/UPS first — often packages are misdelivered and recovered quickly.

• We will resend or refund if tracking confirms the package was lost or delayed in transit.

• If tracking shows Delivered (e.g., mailbox, porch, reception desk), we cannot resend or refund.
