Event Ticket Policy

All Sales Are Final

All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Because of the nature of live events, we are unable to offer refunds for:

​

• Scheduling conflicts

• Travel changes

• Personal emergencies

• No-shows

Event Changes

​

In the rare case that the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

​

If the event is canceled by the host, ticket holders will receive information regarding refunds or credits via email.

​

Ticket Transfers (Optional – Only If You Want This)​

Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 48 hours before the event. To transfer a ticket, email us at blackgirlsreadtoohtx@gmail.com with the original order confirmation and the new attendee’s name and email address.​

Event details, including speakers, vendors, schedules, and programming, are subject to change without prior notice.
